Founder's Journey
Er. Ketan Shroff — from campus to cornerstone.
A civil engineer who started on the tools and built an institution.
1989
Graduated from SVNIT
Earned B.E. (Civil Engineering) from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat.
1990–91
Professional apprenticeship
Worked with Majmudar & Associates and Mitul Construction — gaining foundational site and management experience.
1991
Founded YASH Construction
Started a partnership firm, taking on early civil contracts across South Gujarat.
1994
Established Ketan Shroff & Associates
Launched a dedicated proprietorship and partnership entity to expand the group's scope and capabilities.
1999
Incorporated Shroff Construction (P) Ltd.
Founded SCPL as a private limited company — the flagship entity that anchors the group to this day.

SCPL is led by Er. Ketan Shroff (Managing Director, B.E. Civil) and Er. Pritesh Shah (Director), both of whom bring nearly three decades of hands-on site experience.
